My cat died while hospitalized a few days ago. I feel guilty about a lot of things I could have done differently. One of them is when the vet called to say she was deceased I said no, I did not want to see her dead. Now I feel guilty about it. Could her soul be there and felt I didn't say goodbye? |

Guilt is a very common emotion in this situation. You can read more about this here:

From my point of view, as the soul is non-physical, she is always with you. She knows your intention. She knows your love for her. And she would not need you to see the dead body to connect with her soul and to say goodbye. I know others may think about this differently but this is how I see it.
