Animal friends will be remembered on our Today We Remember page on the anniversary of their death.

Animal friends that passed away within the last 3 years will also be remembered on our Facebook page. Please note that only memorials with a photo included and the date of death recorded can be shared on Facebook.

Holly

My lovely Guinea-pig Holly passed away on the 21st January 2014. We found her laying peacefully at the bottom of her cage. We don't know why she died but we pressume it was old age as she was 6 years old, which I believe is good for a guinea-pig. She was fine the day before. She had nicked a bit of celery off of my mum and then nipped back into her bed...

To Holly:

My Lovely guinea-pig , you are now at rainbow bridge with your beloved sister; Molly who you was very close to. If only I had of known you was going to take your last breath on that very day, I would have spent the whole day with you beforehand. I don't know how you passed away, but I believe it was because you was a fairly older guinea-pig and you probably felt the time was right. I loved you and your sister so much. I shall miss hearing your beautiful squeak and will miss giving you lots of cuddles, Hol! May you Rest in peace-sleep tight darling<3xxxx
