My dear sweet little companion. You came to us when someone dumped you on the road. 4 1/2 pounds of energy and love. Until you were gone, I didn't realize what love and comfort you brought to my life. My heart is breaking. Gone so quick and in such a violent way, I pray it happened fast and you did not suffer. I will remember the wonderful dog that you were and know in my heart that it was your time to go to heaven. Mom is there, and you will be a delight to her. She would have loved you so, and now she can feel the love that you gave to me. Run and jump, eat yogurt and popcorn until your heart's content, and snuggle under her chin all night as she cuddles you tight. I pretend you are still under mine. Such a snuggle bug. You always rolled on your back and cowered when being picked up, flattening down to a pancake to hide. I am sorry that someone scared you in your early life,, and I hope that you learned while you were with us how much you were loved. Bad breath, in your face, crawling up your leg antics .... that was you. I know that God never made another one like you. A bundle of love. Gone too soon. I have so much guilt for putting you in danger in the country, but I know that you enjoyed every minute on the ranch with the rest of your dog family. Maezie misses you so much. We all do. Rest in peace sweet baby. You are always with me and in my heart.
