In remembrance of my beautiful friend Ester Mary 1993-2011

My best friend closed her eyes today
As her head was in my hand.
The Doctors said she was in pain,
And it was hard for her to stand.
The thoughts that scurried through my head,
As I cradled her in my arms.
Were of her younger, puppy years,
And OH...her many charms.
Today, there was no gentle nudge
With an intense "I love you gaze",
Only a heart thats filled with tears
Remembering our joy filled days.
But an Angel just appeared to me,
And he said, "You should cry no more,
GOD also loves our canine friends,
HE's installed a 'doggy-door"!

Evie

Evie is the most beautiful precious, loving wonderful special cat in the world to me and my husband Pete. We loved her so so much more than words can say. She had a lovely gentle nature and was very loving towards us. She looked after me when I was ill with pneumonia something I will cherish forever, she loved going outside rolling around in the sun and loved being with us too. She was taken from us too young. We wanted her to be with us forever.
Evie we are heartbroken you have been taken to heaven. We will be together one day my precious angel. We will love you forever.
Our love always mum and dad xxxxx
