Charlie

This is our Charlie, she loved life and was so cheeky with it, even in her later years of life she coped with being blind and deaf, and always joined in the best she could, she was well known for letting you know she was here with that cheeky nip to your bottom. And when we were out on walks she always liked to walk in between us, like a child would. Sadly in the end Charlie was diagnosed with cancer and began with the doggy version of strokes, becoming very confused and unsteady on her feet to the point of really not coping. I know Charlie would of carried on until the bitter end, but it was so hard watching her struggle to the point of some days she really didn't know where she was, didn't want to go out, and appeared depressed. It was the ultimate sacrifice for me to prove to Charlie just how special she was to us by letting her go in peace so sadly we said goodbye to our little girl on Sunday 12 February 2012, the loss will last a lifetime, she was so special, we miss your cheeky little face 'the one that got you into so much trouble' Love you always, sleep tight, XXXXXXX

CHARLIE MORRIS

01/07/97 - 15/11/12

CHARLIE WAS A VERY BEAUTIFUL LOVING COMPANION VERY LOYAL, PLACID, AND FAITHFUL UP UNTIL THE END. HE HAD SUFFERED QUITE A LOT IN THE PAST FEW YEARS FROM DIFFERENT SORTS OF ILLNESS AND EVEN THROUGH ALL THE PAIN AND DISCOMFORT HE ENDURED AT TIMES HE WAS ALWAYS BY PURRING AWAY HAPPY BESIDE ME. I NEVER REALIZED HOW MUCH PAIN AND GRIEF I WOULD FEEL WHEN HE PAST JUST A FEW DAYS AGO. ALTHOUGH YOU KNOW IT IS NEAR THE END AS I DID IT CERTAINLY DOESN'T MAKE IT ANY EASIER. I THOUGHT THAT HAVING OUR VET VISIT OUR HOME TO PUT HIM PEACFULLY TO SLEEP WOULD HELP.... HOPEFULLY IT DID CHARLIE BECAUSE THAT WAS THE THE PURPOSE OF IT TO TAKE PLACE IN HIS OWN HOME BUT FOR ME IT WAS THE NIGHT BEFORE COUNTING THE HOURS UNTIL SHE ARRIVED. MY HOME WILL NEVER BE THE SAME WITHOUT HIM I MISS HIM VERY DEARLY AND ALWAYS WILL HE WAS SUCH A HUGE PART OF OUR FAMILY LIFE AND A PLEASURE TO BE AROUND FOR THE PAST 15 AND A HALF YEARS. R.I.P MY BABY!!!

To the sweetest, gentlest, soul we had such a special bond and came through so much together. Missing all your head butts and seeing you stretched out on your back relaxing. Your huge big eyes, your crazy moments, mostly your companionship on my bed everynight. You stole my heart when I first saw you and you broke it the day you fell asleep in my arms in our home. The greatest pain I have ever felt was when I had to make the decision to sign these forms I knew I had too because you were in so much pain. I had a shadow beside me for 15 amazing years now I have a hole in my heart and nothing but tears I hope I made you happy, I hope your running free, I hope your now at peace. Love you lots my fur baby.... mummy xxxx

Charlie Weasley

Charlie was a a very handsome ginger tom, with the most incredible bond with Patrick Keating, which was a joy to behold. They would cuddle up together in bed each night, Charlie would wait for Patrick to come home from work each day and be straight there when he heard the car, if Patrick was ever out late, Charlie would give the loudest and widest meow, basically saying, where the xxx have you been!, they did everything together, even hunting squirrels together!! He was a loyal and faithful companion and best friend to Patrick's 2 beautiful daughters, Becky and Lizzie. Charlie was adored by everyone and especially enjoyed sitting on Mike Raven's knee. When I married Patrick and introduced my beautiful cat Che to Charlie, Charlie was the perfect gentleman, agreeing to share his home with a cheeky girl cat. He is very sadly missed and in our thoughts always. Patrick and Nicola Keating
