My baby Barney boy, I cannot believe you have left me, our time together was far too short, but boy did we have fun. Thank you hunny for all the great times we had, everyday was an adventure wasn't it hunny. I'm so glad we managed to take you on holiday to Devon just a couple of weeks ago, you loved every moment didn't you little man. I'm so sorry I wasn't with you when you lost your fight little man, if I had known it wasn't just a sickness bug I would have never left you at the vets hospital, I wouldn't have let you out of my arms my babyboy. You were such a strong and happy little man, I just don't know how we could have lost you. You filled a hole in my life and now I feel so empty without you and don't know how I am going to cope without you, you are my son and I will always love you, I would lay down my life for you, just to bring you back. I would do anything to bring you back baby. I hope you are now happy baby, playing with Toby in heaven no doubt, he would love you and you him. God bless baby, rest easy, all my love forever and always your loving mummy xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Its been 4 years since I lost my wonderful cat Barney aged 14 to kidney failure. He was a very special cat, he went through a lot- operations to remove his teeth - he only had one left, his eye removed due to a tumour and medication for his thyroid but he took it all in his stride. He enjoyed going to the vet and getting in his basket! Barney gave so much love and affection, he really was one in a million and I miss him so much. I will never be able to replace him - and I wouldnt want to.
